Return Terms
- We offer a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have elapsed since you received your product, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the original condition as received, including the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the associated costs if the original packaging is unavailable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges: Rs 100 for orders below Rs 6000 and Rs 180 for orders above Rs 6000.
- If you wish to exchange your product for a different item or for the same item in a different variant or size, you will need to cover the shipping charges of Rs 200.
- We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and to contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and rectify it accordingly. If a damaged product is received, we can facilitate an exchange.
- Please note that these are limited edition items imported from Europe, valued for their design and aesthetics, and a direct replacement of the same product may not be available. In such cases, we will arrange for a similar-value product as a replacement.
Refund Terms
- Refunds will not be granted for damaged or missing products; however, we can provide an exchange when applicable.
- Any damaged or missing items must be reported to us via email within 48 hours of receipt, along with photos as evidence. Failure to report these issues within the specified time will result in ineligibility for replacements. Standard wear and tear is not covered; claims submitted outside the 48-hour window will not be honored. A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel must be provided to facilitate further processing of your request. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may invalidate your claim, and we reserve the right to determine the final outcome.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and examine your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company. For cash on delivery orders, we will reach out to you for refund details.

Exchange Terms
- If you have received an incorrect item, please submit your exchange request within 48 hours of receipt, including a picture of the items and the packing slip.
- The time required for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
How to Register a Return/Exchange Request (if applicable)
- Please contact our customer care team at +91 9650710094 (Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM) or via email at support@asterishineon.com, including your order details to initiate the return or exchange request.
- Once your request is initiated, we will arrange for pickup within 48 working hours.
- If a pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to return the product to us, and we will provide the relevant address.
- Ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the quality of the item to verify compliance with our return policy, including being unused and returned within 3 days.
- For cash on delivery orders, we will collect your UPI ID for refunds; for prepaid orders, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
- Please allow a maximum of 12-15 business days for the return process to be completed.
- In case of an exchange request, please inform us at +91 9650710094 (Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM) once the product has been collected by the courier. We will dispatch your exchange on the same day.
We advise against accepting any orders if the seal is broken or the box is unsealed upon delivery, as these orders will not be accepted for return.
